Day 5
Day 5 was an okay day for me. I didn't get much work done but I was actually able to relax. Also, my evening walk was just wonderful. Below you can see my food and drink intake for the day.
2 12 oz Gatorade
smart water
club crackers
2 hot dogs
half a bag of popcorn
3 glasses of cool aid
beef noodles (probably the most healthiest thing I have ate all day. It was home made had a lot of different vegetables in it.)
