- Start eating 3 meals a day instead of snacks whenever I get a chance
- Get into the habit of exercising on a daily basics
- Drink plenty of water on a daily basics
- Adjust by schedule so I am not overworking myself
- Stay away from red bulls, sodas and candy
- Get a gym membership or a personal trainer
Once I accomplish everything on the list I feel I will have accomplished my goal.
