Rewarding Myself
This week was good for me. I was able to drink more water and cut back on snacks. Also, the walking has become something that I look forward to in the evenings. Today I just went grocery shopping for my meals for the week. I managed to not buy any snacks or red bulls so I feel like I have accomplished something. So to celebrate tonight for dinner I am having one of my favorite meals, turkey wings.

That's fantastic! Congratulations on completing the first week. You have done a really great job. And the turkey wings sound great. Hmmm, I wonder what Buffalo turkey wings would be like...I feel a kitchen experiment coming on!
