My Success Plan For August 7th
1. I will walk for 20 minutes in the evening once it cools off
2. I will drink more water throughout the day
3. I will at least have two meals throughout the day and if I do have a snack I will make sure it is something healthy such as fruit.
Nice plan, Victoria! Have you had any breaks in the heat where you are? I have been hearing about the heat waves in the East and South on the news lately. We've been lucky it hasn't been bad in Washington. We've hit 80 a few times, but today was really comfortable walking weather.

Yesterday was not to bad. But other than yesterday it has been pretty hot in Virginia.
